Williams House and Sara’s House

ADACCV is happy to provide alcohol- and drug-free recovery housing to individuals with a history of substance use. The focus of the Williams House and Sara’s House Recovery Residences is providing safe housing for individuals with a goal of initiating or sustaining long term recovery. Occupants are required to work in the community and to participate actively in their individualized program of recovery, including attendance of at least four recovery supportive activities per week. 

Williams House and Sara’s House accommodate up to 14 men and women, respectively, and are located within walking distance of downtown San Angelo, nearby many restaurants, public transportation, People Ready, medical and mental health care services, NA/AA meetings, and many other opportunities! Sara’s House also offers a large backyard with a playground and an indoor play area for child visits.

Monthly Occupancy Fee*

The occupant’s first week is free, with payment for the second week due on the 8th day of occupancy.  The occupant may choose to pay monthly, weekly, or biweekly.  If monthly payments are chosen, the first month’s payment will be prorated at the rate of $15/day. Thereafter, payment is due by the 5th day of each month. Payments may be made by cash or money order.

Monthly occupancy fee under this Occupancy Agreement - $530.00.

Bi-weekly occupancy fee under this Occupancy Agreement - $285.00.

Weekly occupancy fee under this Occupancy Agreement - $152.00.
